What is your return/exchange/refund policy?
We guarantee our products 100% against print errors, product defects, and incorrect orders within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you receive a product with manufacturer defects, printing defects or errors(that were not in the approved design), we will replace the item at no charge, or issue a refund for the product.  Due to the nature of custom made products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on incorrect sizes, colors, or designs that were incorrectly submitted to us.  Please note: the printed size of the logo may appear smaller or larger depending on garment size ordered. 

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum quantity for orders is 30 pieces.

Can you help with artwork/how do I submit my design?
If you already have your own design, please email us at: Sales@lucidinkprinting.com. 

If you don’t have any artwork, we have amazing designers that can work with you to create exactly what you want.

What determines the price of an order?
Several factors determine the price of an order, such as: type/size of product being printed on, quantity of items being printed, number of locations being printed, as well as many other factors.   We have an incredibly streamlined quote process that gives you a very simple “price per” item, with quantity discounts starting at 50 pieces. What is your turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time is 10 - 14 business days.  However, that can fluctuate by a few days based on our workload.  We can give you a more specific timeframe when you place your order.  We may be able to provide a rush job, depending on the situation.

Can I provide my own garments?
Absolutely.  If you provide your own garments, we will only charge the cost of printing on the order.  However, we do not extend our standard return/refund guarantee to the products you provide for the order - only the printing we provide.

Do you ship orders/Can I provide my own garments?
We can ship nationwide via UPS.
